Year 10 marks the beginning of the GCSE English Language journey, where students develop foundational skills in reading, writing, and spoken language. Through engaging texts and creative tasks, learners explore how language works and begin crafting their own voice in writing. Focus Areas: Understanding fiction and non-fiction texts. Developing descriptive and narrative writing. Building confidence in spoken language presentations and learning how writers use language for effect.
